Two key experiences inspired us to create
Firstly, in our various professional roles, we witnessed how negative behaviors—like disengaged individuals or ineffective managers—undermine team positivity and productivity. Factors such as trust, emotional intelligence (EQ), and workplace culture significantly influence satisfaction, loyalty, and performance. In today’s evolving work environment, being “a great place to work” is crucial, yet many leaders struggle with inconsistent, complex, and costly approaches to achieve it.
Secondly, while we’ve spent years helping large organizations use data and visual tools to improve productivity, we noticed a gap in measuring emotional and behavioral factors like teamwork, trust, recognition, and positivity. Traditional employee surveys are often expensive, time-consuming, and misaligned with the needs of modern, networked organizations.
We believed there had to be a better way. By combining our expertise in analytics, visualization, and problem-solving, we created Sentemeter—a practical, user-friendly tool designed to fit in everyone’s pocket. Sentemeter helps individuals, managers, and leaders build better workplaces by providing actionable insights.
Our goal was to make Sentemeter easy to use while delivering valuable data and metrics for managers and leaders—a win-win system that fosters thriving workplaces.
